Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate IP
Eq. to sitagliptin 100 mg
Metformin Hydrochloride IP 1000mg

Colours sunset yellow FCF and titanium dioxide IP
Dosage As directed by the physician.
Storage store protected from light and moisture at a temperature not exceeding 25 °c
Keep out of reach of children.
Tablet should be swallowed as a whole not to be chewed or crushed.
